The short version.
This is a hosted service: you sign in, run real security tooling against systems you are authorised to test, and we run and maintain the platform underneath.
Authorisation is not optional. Scanning, testing or attacking systems you do not own or have written permission to assess is grounds for immediate suspension.
You keep ownership of your data and your findings; we keep the right to manage the service, suspend abuse and change these terms. See liability and contact for the parts lawyers care about.

Acceptance & the service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JED CO-OP Security Platform — the
website, the browser interface, the Kali Armory tools it drives, the autonomous agent, the chat, voice,
forensics, pentest reporting and sandbox features — operated by JED CO-OP at jedcorp.ink.
The platform is provided as a hosted service: the software runs on infrastructure we
operate, and your browser is the control surface.
By creating an account, by using an authenticated part of the service, or by running a sandbox scan, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) and able to enter into a binding contract.
- Keep credentials yours. You are responsible for your password, for any session tokens issued to you, and for activity that happens under your account. Use a unique password and enable 2FA where it is offered.
- Accurate details. Supply a working email address — it is used for verification, security notices, billing receipts and password recovery.
- One person, one account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Team features, where offered, let you invite named colleagues rather than share credentials.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised so we can end outstanding sessions.
Plans, billing & renewal
The service is offered in a free tier and several paid tiers. Prices, limits and features for each tier are published at /ai-premium and on the home page. The free tier is capped — for example concurrent scans, daily scans, AI queries and storage — so that it stays usable for everyone; paid tiers raise or remove those caps.
- Payment processor. Paid subscriptions are processed by Paystack. We do not store your card number; we receive a transaction reference and the plan it bought.
- Currency. Prices are shown in USD and charged in the currency configured for our merchant account, converted at the prevailing rate at checkout. Your bank may apply its own fees.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before it renews. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal and the tier continues until the paid period ends.
- Taxes. Prices exclude any tax you are obliged to pay unless stated otherwise; you are responsible for taxes arising from your purchase.
- Refunds. Except where local law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable once the period has started. If a charge fails or is disputed in bad faith we may suspend the account while it is resolved.
- Price changes. We may change prices prospectively; we will give notice before your next renewal so you can cancel if you disagree.
- Free-tier abuse. Automated registration, credential stuffing or quota circumvention (new sessions, rotating addresses) is a breach of these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Attack systems without authorisation — scanning, probing, fuzzing, brute-forcing, exploiting, denial-of-service or any other interference with systems you do not own or have explicit written permission to assess.
- Target the platform itself — including our infrastructure, edge network, subdomains or other users' accounts. Report vulnerabilities through the disclosure channel instead; we credit responsible reports.
- Scan private or loopback ranges or otherwise probe the host the platform runs on. The application blocks these targets, and attempting to bypass the guard is a breach.
- Break the law — including computer-misuse, privacy, export-control, sanctions, intellectual-property and consumer-protection law.
- Build or spread malware, ransomware, credential-stuffing lists, phishing kits or content designed to deceive or harm people. Using the payload tooling for research inside an authorised engagement is fine; distributing the output is not.
- Harass, stalk, dox or impersonate anyone, or use OSINT features to gather personal data about individuals without a lawful basis.
- Circumvent limits — quotas, rate limits, premium gates, scan limits, target guards or the authorised-target checks.
- Resell or white-label the service, or provide it to a third party as a competing offering without a written agreement.
- Scrape at volume, run unsolicited automation against the API, or interfere with other users' sessions or the platform's availability.
- Misrepresent output produced by the platform as your own independent forensic evidence in proceedings where its provenance matters, without disclosure.
We may investigate suspected abuse, and where we reasonably believe there is a risk of harm we will suspend the account while we do. See suspension & termination.
Your content & findings
- You keep ownership of the targets you enter, the files you upload, your scan output, evidence, findings, reports, conversations and anything else you create in the service.
- You grant us a limited licence to host, process, back up, transmit and display that content solely to operate and secure the service — streaming scan output, rendering results, writing reports, and providing support you request.
- Export and deletion. You can export your artefacts in standard formats and delete them, or your whole account, at any time. Deletion handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
- We do not claim your findings. Aggregated, de-identified statistics (tool usage counts, service health) may be used to operate and improve the service.
- You warrant that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
AI features
- Advisory, not authoritative. The autonomous agent, analyses, summaries and recommendations are generated by third-party AI models. They can be wrong, incomplete or outdated. They are a starting point for a qualified human, not professional legal, forensic or audit advice.
- Human review required. Verify tool output and AI conclusions before you rely on them, especially for anything that will be reported to a client or used in a decision about a person.
- Prompts and context are transmitted to the AI provider named in our Privacy Policy over HTTPS to produce a response. We do not train models on your content.
- Model availability changes. Models are retired, rate-limited and replaced by their vendors. We may substitute an equivalent model or fall back to another provider to keep the feature working.
- Automated decisions. The service does not make legal or significant decisions about you automatically; see the Privacy Policy for the detail.
Third-party tools & open source
The Kali Armory wraps real tools — nmap, gobuster, sqlmap, nuclei, hydra, theHarvester, Amass, John the Ripper and many others. Those tools are distributed under their own licences (commonly GPL and similar) and are used here exactly as their authors intended. Their authors are not affiliated with us, do not endorse this platform, and are not liable for it.
- The tooling is provided as-is by its upstream authors; see each tool's own documentation for its exact behaviour and flags.
- Trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
- Vulnerability databases, template feeds and OSINT sources are supplied by third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable.
Availability & changes
- No uptime guarantee unless a written SLA says otherwise. The service is provided on an "as available" basis; we perform maintenance, upgrades and emergency restarts.
- The tool surface changes. Tools are added, upgraded, disabled or removed as their upstream projects and our security review dictate. A tool listed today may not be available tomorrow.
- Sandbox limits. The public sandbox is deliberately constrained (scans per visitor per day, concurrent scans, wall-clock caps) and may be restricted further to protect the platform.
- We may modify the service to add, change or remove features; where a change materially reduces paid functionality we will give notice.
- Beta features are marked as such and may change or disappear without notice.
Suspension & termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your account pages.
We may suspend or terminate access, in whole or in part, where we reasonably believe that you have:
- breached these Terms — in particular the acceptable-use rules in section 4;
- targeted systems without authorisation, or the platform itself;
- created a risk of harm to other users, third parties or the platform;
- failed to pay, or engaged in payment fraud; or
- been required to do so by law or by a lawful request from an authority.
Where the breach is remediable we will normally tell you and give you a chance to fix it. Where there is a risk of harm we may suspend immediately. On termination your right to use the service ends; we may retain records where the Privacy Policy or the law requires it, and we will handle your content as described there.
Disclaimers & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind — fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or that output is accurate, complete or free of errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JED CO-OP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, cost of substitute services, or damage to systems you tested, arising from or related to your use of the service — whether in contract, tort or otherwise, and even if advised of the possibility.
Our aggregate liability for all claims in any twelve-month period will not exceed the amount you paid us in that period, or USD 100 if you have paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify JED CO-OP and its operators against claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your testing of systems without authorisation. This obligation survives your use of the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where JED CO-OP operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, both sides agree to try to resolve the dispute in good faith by email to jedneural@gmail.com — most problems are solved in a reply or two. Where mandatory consumer protections in your country give you rights you cannot waive, those rights are unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the platform, the law or our practices change. The current version and its effective date always appear at the top of this page. For material changes we will give notice — by email or a prominent notice in the service — before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the service and delete your account.
